Assessment limits

Leave the limit fields empty to use the defaults shown: velocity zones from ISO 20816-3:2022 by power and support (ISO 10816-1 class I as a legacy reference below 15 kW) (group 2 rigid if power is not set), acceleration from the machine type. There are no ISO limits for overall acceleration; set them from the machine's healthy baseline. The sensor shows the worse of the two.

No clear pattern does not mean healthy. Acquisition: about 3.6 kHz gap-free (spectrum to about 1.6 kHz); every sample is checked against the sensor sample counter. Early-stage bearing defects above this band and cavitation need a dedicated high-frequency sensor. Impact screening is not proprietary PeakVue.
